Director Carlos Carneiro travels to San Francisco and enters the kitchen of New Korean American restaurant, Namu Gaji.

The film explores the personality and philosophy of the restaurant, headed up by chef Dennis Lee (also the chef at Smokestack) alongside his brothers Daniel and David, and how they source ingredients from their own hand-worked farm in Sunol, California.
